Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide engaging, differentiated instruction and support for students with varying special needs across K–12 grade levels
• Develop, write, manage, and execute Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and related service providers
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment in self-contained, resource, inclusion, and co-teaching settings
• Regularly monitor and document student progress
• Participate actively in staff meetings, professional development, and parent conferences
• Uphold a strong work ethic and maintain a professional, compassionate presence
