What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related area (Master’s a plus)
• Active California teaching credential with Special Education authorization
• Background working with students with moderate/severe or mild/moderate disabilities

What you’ll do:

• Plan and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique abilities and goals
• Deliver direct instruction and classroom support for students across a range of disabilities
• Partner with general education teachers to encourage inclusive practices and differentiated instruction
• Regularly assess and document student progress, adjusting teaching techniques as needed
• Maintain strong, constructive communication with families, staff, and multidisciplinary teams
• Take part in IEP meetings and contribute insights to ensure each student receives effective services
• Uphold compliance and reporting standards through accurate recordkeeping
