An elementary campus in Texas is seeking a Special Education Teacher to support students enrolled in a PASS behavior program. This role primarily serves students in general education classrooms through inclusion and behavior support, with a small self-contained component.

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Student Population & Services:

15–20 elementary students receiving behavior services in general education classrooms

One younger student served in a self-contained setting

One paraprofessional assigned to assist with daily support

Pull-out services provided for Social Skills instruction

Majority of support delivered through inclusion-based services
Primary Responsibilities:

Provide behavior-focused special education services aligned with IEPs

Support students within general education environments

Deliver social skills instruction in small groups or individual settings

Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff

Track progress and adjust interventions as needed
Qualifications:

Active Texas Special Education certification required

Experience working with behavior programs and inclusion models preferred

Strong collaboration and classroom management skills
