Special Education Teacher - Crandall, TX

Currently interviewing and extending offers for educators passionate about shaping inclusive, supportive classrooms. These roles are full-time, offering 40 hours a week and require specialized certifications.

Qualifications:

• Current Texas Special Education (SPED) certification required
• Appropriate core subject or generalist certification required for each role:
  • Middle School Life Skills: Valid SPED and core certification
  • Elementary Resource/Inclusion: Valid SPED and core/generalist certification
• Previous experience working with students with diverse needs strongly preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with general education teachers, service providers, and parents

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver differentiated instruction tailored to individual education plans (IEPs)
• Assess, monitor, and document student progress as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Support students’ social and academic development in both resource and inclusion settings
• Adapt curriculum and utilize effective behavioral interventions to address student needs
• Maintain positive communication with families and team members
