Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
Caseload: Elementary Resource/Inclusion
Requirements
Active Texas Special Education EC–12 Certification
Active Texas Core Subjects or Generalist Certification
Previous experience in an elementary special education setting preferred
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Ability to provide differentiated instruction and implement IEP accommodations
Responsibilities
Provide specialized instruction and support to elementary students in resource and inclusion settings
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Collaborate with general education teachers to provide accommodations and modifications
Adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and support staff
