Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification.
• Experience working with students with a range of abilities.
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with classroom teachers, staff, and families.
• Innovative problem-solving abilities to adapt instruction to student needs.
• Comfortable with various instructional strategies and assistive technologies.
• Organized, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, adapt, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's learning needs.
• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction in both small group and one-on-one settings.
• Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to ensure continued growth.
• Work collaboratively with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with families regarding student progress and goals.
• Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment.
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school events as required.
