Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or related field
- Prior experience working as a Special Education Teacher in a school setting
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet individual learning needs

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Modify classroom materials, curriculum, and teaching methods to support diverse learning abilities
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Track and document student progress, adjusting instruction as necessary
- Provide direct instruction and supportive interventions for students with disabilities
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, professional development, and training sessions as required
