Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching credential
- Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher in K-5 environments
- Strong understanding of IEP process and documentation

- Experience collaborating with classroom staff and families
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of specially designed instruction for students with varying disabilities
- Develop, implement, and track student IEPs in compliance with federal and state guidelines
- Provide guidance and mentorship to instructional assistants or paraprofessionals
- Collaborate with general education teachers to promote student success and inclusion
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to student progress meetings
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student achievements, needs, and goals
