Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver individualized instruction in self-contained classrooms for high school and elementary students with diverse abilities
• Create lesson plans that accommodate various learning styles and IEP requirements
• Employ effective classroom management strategies to cultivate a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment
• Facilitate collaboration with instructional assistants, therapists, and families to maximize student success
• Assess student progress, document achievements, and adjust methods to meet evolving needs
• Participate actively in meetings, trainings, and professional development activities
