Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized instruction in accordance with IEPs
- Work closely with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to promote student achievement
- Manage classroom behavior, cultivate a positive learning environment, and employ evidence-based strategies
- Collect and analyze student progress data, adjusting interventions as needed
- Complete required documentation and participate in IEP meetings
