What we’re looking for:

• Valid Oregon Special Education Teacher certification
• Recent experience supporting individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Ability to teach and manage caseloads for students in K-12, in either self-contained or resource settings
• Capability to handle all responsibilities of a Special Education Teacher, including lesson planning, assessment, progress monitoring, and collaboration with colleagues and families
• Strong work ethic, a growth mindset, and a positive, student-centered attitude

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and implementing effective, differentiated instruction tailored to each student’s unique learning needs
• Managing K-12 caseloads, writing and updating IEPs, and maintaining compliance with all documentation
• Collaborating with general education staff, paraprofessionals, and families to foster student growth and success
• Building positive, supportive relationships with students and helping them achieve their academic goals
