Key Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with fellow educators and support staff
• Commitment to fostering a respectful, equitable classroom environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction and support to a small caseload of students within an inclusion setting
• Work collaboratively with two experienced teams to implement IEPs, monitor student progress, and modify interventions as needed
• Create engaging and differentiated lesson plans tailored to unique learning styles and needs
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal requirements
• Communicate proactively with families to build strong school-home partnerships and encourage student growth
