Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid GaPSC Teaching Educator Certificate with a Special Education General Curriculum endorsement
- Demonstrated skill in leading or collaborating within inclusive classroom settings
- Experience adapting instruction to meet individualized student needs
- Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working as part of a collaborative teaching team
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop, modify, and implement IEPs for all students in your caseload
- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction alongside co-teachers in an inclusion environment
- Track student progress and maintain timely documentation and reporting
- Communicate regularly with families, related service providers, and team members to support student growth
- Participate in planning sessions, team meetings, and professional development opportunities
