The assignment runs from August 13, when students return, through June 4, 2027, offering the chance to grow your career while providing consistent support.

We are looking for:

1. 2 SDC (Special Day Class) Teachers

   • Must have a valid California Teaching License
   • Moderate/Severe Credentials
   • Autism Credential required

2. 2 RSP (Resource Specialist Program) Teachers

   • Must have a valid California Teaching License
   • Mild/Moderate Credentials required

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Passion for creating inclusive, supportive learning environments
• Strong understanding of IEP implementation and documentation
• Proven ability to collaborate with teams, families, and support staff
• Commitment to classroom management and differentiation strategies

Responsibilities:

• Plan, adapt, and deliver instruction tailored to students’ needs
• Implement IEPs with fidelity, collecting data to track student progress
• Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and related service providers
• Foster a welcoming and positive classroom climate
• Work closely with paraprofessionals (with a 3:1 para to student ratio) to support individualized needs
• Engage in ongoing professional development and school initiatives
