Special Education Teacher 

Soliant is seeking a Special Education Teacher for a school-based contract position for the 2026–2027 school year. This position will support a K–6 caseload of students with mild to moderate disabilities.

Position Details:

2026–2027 school year
Grades K–6
Caseload: Approximately 16 students
Mild to moderate disabilities
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:45 AM–3:30 PM
Wednesday: 7:45 AM–4:00 PM

Requirements:

Active or eligible Vermont Special Education teaching license
Experience supporting elementary students with mild to moderate disabilities preferred
Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
Ability to collaborate with general education teachers, families, and related service providers
