This contract role offers the chance to inspire and empower students while working alongside a dedicated school staff.

  • Early Childhood (1 opening)
  • Elementary (6 openings)
  • Middle School (1 opening)
  • High School (2 openings)

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid state certification in Special Education (or eligibility for certification)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field required (Master’s preferred)
  • Experience in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to adapt instruction to diverse learning needs and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment
  • Passion for fostering academic, social, and emotional growth in students with special needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop, modify, and deliver curriculum aligned with IEP goals
  • Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to maximize student success
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and required documentation
  • Actively contribute to creating a welcoming, supportive classroom culture
  • Participate in professional development and ongoing education
