Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification (or ability to obtain Ohio licensure)
• Experience in self-contained classroom settings preferred
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide effective instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs
• Develop, monitor, and evaluate IEPs to ensure compliance and maximize student growth
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, families, and administrators
