Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Experience with elementary and high school populations
• Strong background with Autism programming, early childhood, or intellectual disabilities
• Current behavior endorsement required
• Dedication to onsite instruction (virtual services not accepted)
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction to students in Autism programs (elementary), early childhood settings, and high school intellectual disability services
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Utilize evidence-based strategies for classroom management and student engagement
• Conduct progress assessments and adjust learning strategies as necessary to meet the needs of each student
• Contribute to a supportive, inclusive classroom climate
