Current needs include a Kinderpath teacher for the PreK-K program, a resource room teacher supporting upper elementary students, and co-teaching positions in high school classrooms. These positions present the chance to work collaboratively, design individualized strategies, and impact students with diverse learning needs.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid certification in Special Education (state-specific credentials required)
• Experience working with students in PreK through high school settings
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress assessment
• Strong classroom management and collaborative skills
• Ability to adapt instruction and environments for a diverse range of learners
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive educational atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction tailored to students’ individual strengths and challenges
• Develop and monitor IEPs, working closely with teams of educators, service providers, and families
• Maintain a safe learning environment, promoting respect and positive behavior
• Utilize data-driven methods to assess progress and refine teaching strategies
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff to maximize student success
