• Effective collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, including families and therapists

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal regulations

• Monitor progress, maintain detailed records, and make instructional adjustments as required
• Conduct assessments to identify student strengths and areas for growth
