Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience or coursework in special education practices for elementary-aged children

Role Highlights and Responsibilities:

  • Work onsite in an energetic school environment supporting elementary students across three classroom models: Inclusion, Self-Contained, and Behavior Unit
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring instruction is tailored to each student
  • Collaborate closely with fellow educators, support staff, and families to cultivate student growth and achievement
  • Maintain accurate and timely records on student progress and behavior
  • Offer direct instruction, behavioral interventions, and social-emotional learning support as needed
  • Engage in regular professional development and team planning meetings
