Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Experience working with either elementary or middle school students in special education settings
• Knowledge of behavior intervention, life skills programming, or structured learning environments preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Dedication to creating an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction and support in accordance with students’ IEPs
• Foster a nurturing and structured classroom environment
