With expanding classrooms and a strong commitment to student success, you'll play a vital role during the 2026/2027 academic year. Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid Colorado Department of Education (CO DOE) certification with the appropriate endorsement:
  • Early Childhood Special Ed for Grades P3-2.
  • Special Education Generalist or respective endorsements for Affective Needs, Autism, Cross Categorical, Functional Academics, and Severe Needs/Life Skills.
• Prior experience specifically working with autism populations within a school district setting.
• Compliance with all background check and fingerprint requirements before start date.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide dedicated instruction and individualized support based on students' unique needs and learning goals.
• Develop, adapt, and implement IEPs in collaboration with school staff and families.
• Create inclusive, engaging classroom environments for diverse learners.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, related service providers, and administrators.
• Communicate consistently with parents and advocacy teams to foster student success.

This full-time position offers a competitive pay range based on experience, from $45-57 per hour.
