This contract opportunity seeks talented Special Education Teachers dedicated to empowering students with diverse learning needs in structured, supportive environments. Multiple full-time positions are available in both elementary and high school settings, with center-based programs and learning specialist roles to match your expertise.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Valid and active Colorado Department of Education certification in Special Education
  • Experience developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, student-centered instruction
  • Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and students
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
  • Adaptability to various school settings and student age groups

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based instruction within Affective Needs and Structured Learning Services programs, or as a Learning Specialist/SSN Teacher
  • Design, modify, and monitor IEPs tailored to each student’s needs
  • Assess and document student progress and adjust strategies as needed
  • Engage in ongoing communication with parents, staff, and service providers to support each learner
  • Foster a positive, supportive classroom culture that celebrates diversity and growth
  • Participate in meetings, professional development, and compliance activities as required by the assigned school
