Qualifications and Experience:

• Familiarity with writing, implementing, and reviewing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and support to students with a range of learning needs

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for compliance and progress tracking
• Facilitate IEP meetings and communicate effectively with families about student goals and achievements
• Support and model behavior interventions and classroom management strategies
• Engage in ongoing professional development as required
