Location: Denver Metro Area
Job Type: Full-Time Contract / Travel Assignment
Contract Length: 36 Weeks (9-Month School-Year Assignment)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, School Hours
Compensation: Competitive weekly pay + travel stipend

About the Opportunity

We are seeking passionate and adaptable Special Education Teachers for travel assignments throughout the Denver metro area. Travel educators will support K–12 students in a variety of classroom settings while collaborating with school teams to provide individualized academic and behavioral support.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Provide specialized instruction based on student learning needs
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, administrators, and families
Maintain student progress reports and required documentation
Support inclusive classroom practices and accommodations
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Create a positive, structured learning environment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education
Active Special Education teaching license
Colorado certification or eligibility for reciprocity preferred
Experience with IEPs and classroom management
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to adapt to new school settings and student populations
