Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify students’ learning, behavioral, and developmental needs and determine eligibility for special education services.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) that address each student’s academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals.
  • Provide direct and indirect instructional support tailored to students’ diverse learning needs across content areas.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and school staff to support inclusive practices and ensure effective implementation of accommodations and modifications.
  • Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust instruction and interventions as needed.
  • Work in a K–5 school setting, supporting students across a range of grade levels and abilities.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in schools required 
  • Recent graduates will be considered 

Education:

  • Colorado Special Education Teaching License 


Employment Type: Full-time, Contract


Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 37 hours per week

Compensation for this position ranges from $30.82 to $50.82. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
