What You'll Bring:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification
• Experience working with students in grades K–5, 6–8, and/or 9–12
• Strong ability to adapt teaching approaches to a variety of learning styles and abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with colleagues, students, and families
• Compassion, patience, and dedication to fostering an inclusive classroom environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student
• Deliver engaging instruction that meets the individualized needs of students with disabilities
• Work closely with general education teachers and support staff to coordinate services and modifications
• Maintain ongoing communication with families regarding progress and strategies for success
• Track student achievement, update records, and participate in team meetings
• Actively contribute to a positive, supportive, and productive school culture
