What We’re Looking For:

• Valid teaching license with Special Education certification
• Experience teaching in elementary, middle, or high school (K–12)
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication skills with students, families, and staff
• Adaptability and resourcefulness in managing diverse classroom needs
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, adapt, and implement lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
• Assess student progress and modify instruction as necessary
• Collaborate with general education teachers, counselors, and support staff
• Prepare and maintain accurate records for IEPs and progress reports
• Engage with families to discuss student progress and strategies for success
