Working as a Special Education Teacher with grades 2-5, you’ll meet students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD). With a manageable caseload of nine (potentially eleven) students and the support of five dedicated paraeducators, you can fully focus your expertise on individual student growth. What You’ll Need:

  • Valid Special Education teaching certification.
  • Experience with elementary-aged students, especially those with ASD and/or SLD.
