Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification or eligibility
• Successful experience working with elementary-age students (K-4)
• Strong classroom management and individualized instruction skills
• Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs for a diverse learning population
• Excellent communication, organization, and adaptability

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction and interventions tailored to students' unique needs
• Create an inclusive, positive learning environment that fosters growth
• Design, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with educators and families
• Collect data and maintain detailed records on student progress
• Communicate regularly with parents, support staff, and administration
