Key Qualifications:

  • Previous experience teaching elementary students (2nd or 5th grade experience preferred)
  • Strong background in IEP development, progress monitoring, and case management

  • Versatility to teach across two locations during the school week
  • Ability to maintain a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment

What You’ll Do:

  • Teach and provide case management for approximately 15 students across grades 2 and 5
  • Collaborate with grade-level teams and special education staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Assess students’ needs and adapt lessons, strategies, and supports accordingly
  • Communicate progress and engage with families to foster a supportive learning experience
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district requirements
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings

This full-time position runs from August 2026 to June 2027, with a weekly schedule totaling 32-37.5 hours, Monday through Friday. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside dedicated educators and positively shape the day-to-day learning journeys of your students.
