Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique strengths and needs
• Adapt general education curriculum and teaching strategies to accommodate students with disabilities
• Provide direct instruction and interventions in small groups or one-on-one settings
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, specialists, and families to support student learning and progress
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation of student progress and communicate updates regularly
• Foster social, emotional, and academic growth while promoting independence and self-advocacy skills in students
