Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid teaching certification in Special Education and/or General Education (PK-8)
  • Experience as an EL (English Learner) Teacher preferred
  • Background working with PreK-8th grade students in inclusive and/or resource classrooms
  • Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and IEP development
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
  • Flexible, enthusiastic, and dedicated to student success

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide instruction and support to English Learner students across PreK-8th grade
  • Adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse learning needs of general and special education students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and learning goals
  • Work closely with general education teachers, interventionists, and school teams to ensure student progress
  • Maintain accurate records of student achievement, attendance, and progress
  • Foster an inclusive, positive, and supportive classroom environment
