Key Qualifications:

• Valid Louisiana Special Education Educator Certificate (required)
• Experience as a Special Education Teacher, preferably at the elementary level
• Strong classroom management and individualized instruction skills
• Ability to collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and adaptive learning environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized resource support to students with diverse learning needs
• Develop, adapt, and deliver IEP-based instruction both individually and in small groups
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate student records
