Special Education Teacher Position| 2026-2027 School Year

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Education Teacher to support students in a Special Education program for the upcoming school year. This is an excellent opportunity for an educator who is passionate about helping students overcome behavioral challenges while fostering academic, social, and emotional growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management skills, experience implementing behavior intervention strategies, and the ability to build positive relationships with students who require intensive behavioral support.

Location: Multiple Openings 

School Year: September 2026 – June 2027

Elementary Caseload

Immediate Interview Availability

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Develop and implement IEP goals and accommodations
• Collaborate with paraprofessionals, related service providers, and school staff
• Support students’ academic, behavioral, communication, and social-emotional development
• Utilize evidence-based instructional and behavioral strategies
• Maintain compliance with special education documentation and reporting requirements

Qualifications:

Valid Special Education teaching certification

Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred

Knowledge of IEP development and implementation

Strong classroom management and behavior support skills

Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and families
