Qualifications:

  • Valid Special Education Teaching Certification (state-specific or eligible for reciprocity)
  • Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s degree in Special Education preferred
  • Previous experience working with students with special needs (preferred)
  • Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and confidence adapting to new settings
