Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan Teaching Certification with a Special Education (SPED) endorsement
• Experience working with K–12 students with mild to moderate needs (preferred)
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a diverse classroom setting

Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-person instruction to students with a range of mild to moderate needs
• Create, review, and implement IEPs tailored to individual student requirements
• Collaborate with support staff, families, and other educators to promote student growth
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
• Monitor, track, and report on student progress
