In this role, you’ll work with a middle-school resource room population, carrying a caseload of approximately 20 students. Your support will focus on helping students master content—particularly math and reading—and collaborating with general education teachers by providing push-in services in classrooms. New teacher orientation kicks off July 22nd, staff begin July 27th, and the academic year starts August 3rd, helping you seamlessly transition into the district’s supportive environment.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Deliver individualized and small-group instruction in a resource room setting for middle school students
• Provide targeted support in math and reading, including push-in assistance during general education classes
• Manage a caseload of around 20 students, creating and tracking IEP goals
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
• Adapt instructional strategies to diverse learning needs

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Valid Special Education credential/certification
• Middle school teaching experience preferred
• Experience with content mastery, reading, and math interventions
