Key Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Special Education certification required
- Experience working with preschool or early childhood-aged children (ages 3-5) strongly preferred

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct special education services to assigned students, initially with a small caseload that will gradually increase
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Track student progress and adjust instructional strategies to promote growth and achievement
- Serve as an advocate for students, ensuring their needs are met in compliance with state guidelines
- Partner closely with parents, school staff, and related service providers for optimal student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required
