Two full-time positions are available supporting students with mild to moderate disabilities for the remainder of the school year. You’ll play a key role in helping young learners reach their fullest potential while working alongside dedicated professionals at two supportive school sites.
Key Qualifications:
- Current California CTC credential in Special Education (required)
- Experience with elementary students preferred
- Background supporting mild to moderate disabilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 28 students within a Resource classroom
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide targeted instruction and support, both individually and in small groups
- Coordinate with general education teachers, staff, and parents for student success
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on student progress throughout the school year
- Maintain all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
