Your qualifications:

• Positive, flexible attitude with a strong work ethic and growth mindset

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver special education services in accordance with students' IEPs
• Develop individualized lesson plans, adapting materials as needed
• Support students’ academic and social-emotional growth
• Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and support staff
• Maintain accurate records and document student progress
• Participate in professional development and school activities
