Desired Qualifications:

• Current Delaware certification in Early Childhood Special Education

• Background in managing and implementing strategies for students who exhibit negative behaviors
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families, related service providers, and school teams
• Ability to adapt lessons and interventions to meet the evolving needs of a fluctuating caseload (approximately 10 students)
