Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Special Education, particularly with students on the autism spectrum, is highly valued

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction to students in Autistic Support classrooms, adapting lesson plans to meet individual learning profiles
• Collaborate with PCAs and other educational professionals to ensure all students receive optimal support
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), track progress, and communicate updates regularly with parents and staff
• Foster social, emotional, and academic growth using evidence-based strategies
• Participate in professional development activities and team meetings during the academic year
