Open Positions:

• High School Focus Teacher (Inclusive Behavior Program): Guide students who require gentle redirection and safe spaces to thrive, fostering social-emotional growth in a supportive environment.
• Elementary Inclusion/Resource Teacher: Collaborate with general education teachers to deliver both in-class and specialized instruction, making curriculum accessible for all learners.
• Elementary & High School Alternate Curriculum (Lifeskills) Teacher: Empower students with cognitive impairments through individualized, real-world skill-building within a nurturing classroom.

Qualifications:

• Current Special Education teaching certification is required
• Experience or coursework related to behavioral support and modifications a strong asset
• Prior work in inclusive and resource settings, or alternate curriculum, highly valued
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with staff, students, and families
• Innovative, adaptable, and committed to student-centered practices

Responsibilities:

• Deliver differentiated instruction aligned with students’ IEPs and individual needs
• Document progress and work with multi-disciplinary teams to support student success
• Foster a safe, positive, and respectful classroom culture
• Adapt materials and strategies for diverse learners
• Engage in ongoing professional development and team meetings
