Special Education Teacher in Dublin, OH

Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification
• Experience working in school settings, especially with individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage caseloads with compassion and efficiency
• Knowledge of evidence-based instructional methods for students with varying needs
• Skilled in tracking student progress and adapting instruction accordingly

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality direct services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date case files
• Write and implement IEPs in collaboration with families and school teams
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and inform instructional decisions
• Complete timely, detailed progress reports
• Collaborate with general education teachers and other professionals to maximize student success
• Foster a supportive environment to promote student growth and independence
