Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teaching certification required
• Proven experience working in special education settings
• Familiarity with various instructional strategies for students with disabilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt lesson plans to accommodate different learning styles

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students
• Deliver engaging lessons tailored to students’ unique needs and abilities
• Collaborate with general educators, support staff, and families to support student success
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
• Foster an inclusive, positive classroom atmosphere
• Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development
