Soliant is seeking a qualified Special Education Teacher to provide services to a small caseload of students. The position will begin part-time and transition to full-time in January 2025. The teacher will deliver individualized support and consultation services aligned with IEP goals, collaborating closely with school teams and families to ensure student success.

Currently serving 2 students

One student receives approximately 14 hours/month of direct services (flexible scheduling)

One student is transitioning to a consultation model
Requirements:

Active Colorado Teaching License with appropriate SPED endorsement

Experience providing special education services and progress monitoring
