Your expertise will be vital in designing individualized learning experiences, delivered in either inclusive classrooms or specialized settings in line with each student’s needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Maryland Special Education License
- School-based experience is preferred
- Demonstrated skills in communication, collaboration, and classroom management
- Talent for differentiating instruction to support diverse learners
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide targeted instruction in both general education and pull-out environments
- Partner with general educators, administrators, service providers, and families to ensure holistic student support
- Track progress, maintain detailed documentation, and actively participate in IEP meetings
- Nurture a positive and inclusive classroom culture that empowers all students
