Position 1: Full-Time, Resource Classroom
Step into a high school environment focused on academic growth and college readiness. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) emphasizes math instruction, including college prep and pre-algebra, within a resource classroom setting. You'll work closely with students, fostering their skills and confidence as they prepare for their next academic steps.

Position 2: Part-Time, ALC Building
If you prefer a part-time schedule (20 hours per week), this opportunity allows you to make a difference while maintaining flexibility. You'll provide specialized instruction for a caseload of 10-12 students at an Alternative Learning Center, with services tailored to fit both your hours and student needs. There’s some flexibility in daily start times (Monday–Friday).

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Valid special education teaching license in any area
• Previous experience or a strong interest in working with high school students
• Ability to develop individualized strategies for students with diverse learning profiles
• Strong skills in math instruction, particularly college prep and pre-algebra (for Position 1)
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, goal-oriented lessons aligned to individual IEPs
• Track student progress and communicate updates with relevant stakeholders
• Create a positive, resource-rich classroom culture
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and support services to ensure student success
