Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Valid Special Education teaching certification
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or related field
  • Experience working with students with a range of disabilities
  • Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work closely with students, families, and multidisciplinary educational teams
  • Adaptability and creativity in delivering differentiated instruction

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide direct instructional support to students in both individual and group settings
  • Adapt general education curriculum to meet each student’s unique needs and abilities
  • Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff for inclusive practices
  • Establish and maintain ongoing communication with parents, guardians, and outside service providers
  • Collect and analyze student performance data to guide instruction and document progress
  • Participate in school meetings, professional development, and parent conferences as required

Compensation for this position ranges from $31.78 to $51.78. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
